Salon Efthimia has been a staple of the Elmhurst community for over 20 years. Salon Efthimia is an Aveda salon and cruelty free.
OUR POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
We request that all cancellations be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. We now require a credit card on file. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment and do not give prior notice that you will not be able to come in, your card will be charged for 50% of the services booked.
PAYMENT & GIFT CARDS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit, and personal checks.
Gift cards issued are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Upon request, we do offer gift card mailing.
FOR ARRIVAL
Please contact us if you know you are going to be more than 10 minutes late. We will try to accommodate you, or you will be kindly asked to reschedule your appointment if we cannot accommodate you.
ADJUSTMENTS
After your service if you feel like something is wrong please inform us within 3 days of your appointment. We allow up to two weeks to have the situation corrected.
